
For the past couple of years I have been on a journey to improving myself both physically and mentally. I strive daily to make healthier choices through working out and eating right. To me that was easy. I have recently started making personal goals. The past month I been keeping a list in my phone on things I would like to improve. Some of my goals are to keep a positive mindset, read, turn all electronics off for at least 1 hour, make bed, tell my boys one positive compliment, register for my final science prereqs and a few others.
I figure it's a start. What are some of the goals you plan to set this week?
